A special puppy Chengi, 2.5 months old Male is blind and deaf. He was rescued by Prabhaa Venugopal from Chengalpattu when he was abandoned on the road to die.

Though he isn’t gifted with sight and hearing, Chengi is gifted with Taste, touch and smell. He is no less than other normal dogs as he is interacting to the outside world with his extraordinary other three senses.
Very heart needs another heart to love and so does Chengi. Any one who can love him for what he is and adopt him please DM me or call.
