2 puppies up for adoption Chennai

A white and brown female dog whom we were feeding had given birth to 5 pups in a nearby storm water drain. After the terrible rains we had one night a few weeks ago, my husband rescued the pups from the drain at midnight and requested a man in the opposite flat to keep the mother and babies under the staircase(we have 1 male doberman and 2 indie dogs so can't take the babies to our house). He agreed to take care.and we promised to help with adoption later on.

Three days ago he suddenly wanted to leave them back on the street as people in the flat had complained. I have managed to get 3 puppies adopted but as usual no one wants the female pups. 2 female pups remain Urgently require someone to either adopt them or foster them till adoption happens. It's urgent plz respond.
The pups are healthy and well around 1 month old.
