Foster appeal Bangalore

He was roaming alone at a busy street. Friendly but very skinny and hungry.
Around 1 month old male, less than 2kg. Very small
Now I took him back but cannot take care of him for a while, because I’ll go out of city in 2 weeks and already have 2 rescued dogs.
Please let me know if somebody can foster him. I’ll provide him vaccination deworming and food
